Description:
All Genesis TillageTM soil aerator units are equipped with
forward swept swing arms for improved soil penetration potential, heavy-duty
rock-flex suspension, and trunnion-mounted bearings. As of July 1, 2007, all
roller shafts are made from high steel with strength better than cold-rolled
steel. Bearings are mounted on 1.75” special grade shafting material and use
coarse threaded nuts for longer thread life. The Gen-II tine design seen on our
home page will eliminate the need for the dozens of
bolts attaching the tines, and make tine servicing very simple. This design can
be retrofit back to older style Genesis TillageTM machines, and also incorporated
on AerwayTM machines.
Frames are made for Category II three-point attachment.
Frames also feature 3 x 5 x 3/8’s to 30 feet in width. Larger machines use 4 X
6 X 3/8’s tubular framing for improved frame stiffness and life expectancy in the
frame-adjusting slot. The rollers are set into a 5-foot deep frame to enable
100% ground coverage of the tines including the center of the unit. There are no
ridges or missed areas with these machines. Rollers can be offset individually
in 2.5 degree increments to take advantage of our advanced Gen-Till tine design
which provides greater soil fracturing at any offset angle.

Self-Leveling Wheel Transport Kit
All sizes are available with a tongue and hydraulically
actuated wheel kit for pull-type operation. The entire kit is attached or
removed using mated hardness steel pins for long life. Any size machine can be
equipped with dual transport tires. All machines are standard equipped with 8inch wheels and 11.5L X 15 tires. Duals are optional
under 15’.
